Reservations made at www.p2lhomes.com guarantee access to an accommodation unit in the reserved category, for non-residential use, on a seasonal rental basis, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU), at the address confirmed in the reservation, and with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms commensurate with the reserved category.

The different unit categories are: Studios + bathroom, 1-bedroom units + bathroom, 2-bedroom units + 2 bathrooms, 3-bedroom units + 2 bathrooms, and 4-bedroom units + 3 bathrooms.

All rentals will be governed by the conditions stipulated in Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU) for seasonal rentals, and will be subject to a private contract signed by the parties.
